“Special Envoy” and Franceinfo are looking for people or families who are trying to reduce their time on screen.
Be careful, blue light! With the proliferation of smartphones, computers and tablets, users are increasingly exposed to screens, and not always for the better. A study released by Santé Publique France on Tuesday January 14 shows that “exposure to screens in the morning has a link with the risk of language impairment in children”.
Many smartphone and tablet users are therefore trying to implement tricks to limit their exposure and that of their children to the screens. Is that your case? You never leave your laptop and you are aware of consulting it very, or too much, regularly? Your children spend long hours in front of a television screen, smartphone, tablet or computer, on social networks or on video games and you are worried? Have you or your family ever tried to “detoxify” yourself or simply reduce the use of screens? Do you plan to do so in the coming months? Your experience interests us.
For a future issue of the show, “Envoyé Spécial” and Franceinfo are looking for testimonials on the impact that screens, and more specifically those of smartphones, have on your daily life. Please tell us a few lines about your situation below. Do not forget to leave us your contact details (email or telephone) so that we can contact you. These will remain strictly confidential.
